“After a Mohs skin cancer removal on my nose turned out to be much larger than expected my dermatologist recommended a consultation with Dr. Heather Lee at the Quatela Center to repair the large opening on my nose.  From the first appointment to the last everyone made me feel cared for and important.  Dr. Lee treated me with great compassion during an upsetting and stressful time. She made me feel comfortable and confident not only in her ability to repair my nose but to make my face look as it was before.  Dr. Lee performed my repair with a forehead flap procedure which was done in two parts.  Dr. Lee was there for me anytime, day or night.  When I didn’t think I could change the bandages on my own she had me come into the office every day to have them changed.  Dr. Lee would personally meet me at the office Saturday mornings to change my bandage.  She went above and beyond for me, never making me feel as if it was an inconvenience to her.  Now one year later you would never know I had anything done to my face.  The marks are barely noticeable.  It’s truly amazing!!  Dr. Lee is a talented, outstanding plastic surgeon but more importantly she is kind, caring and encouraging to her patients and their families.  I am truly thankful and grateful for Dr. Heather Lee and everyone at the Quatela Center.”
