“If you are considering a procedure I would highly recommend Dr. Quatela and the staff at the Lindsay House. I was referred to Dr. Quatela by a Plastic Surgeon I had seen for years that does not perform face and neck lifts. I am extremely satisfied with my face and neck lift performed by Dr. Quatela. Before the procedure I would take a picture of my face and immediately delete it. I had excess skin on my face and neck area that aged me. I met with Brooke Laundry the Patient Consultant and felt at ease just talking to her. She asked what areas I would like addressed and discussed my options. I called Brooke on several occasions with questions and she would respond back immediately and answer my questions. Dr. Quatela met with me and discussed the areas that I would address. Dr. Quatela took the time to answer all my questions. I knew that he was the surgeon for me. The surgical team was amazing. The nurses were caring and attentive to my needs. The Anesthesiologist met with me before the procedure to discuss what to expect. The physician called that evening to check on me. I am so happy that I had the Face and Neck Lift with Dr. Quatela.
