She maintains a healthy weight and exercises frequently, but excess skin is untouched by a healthy lifestyle. Surgical intervention was required to sculpt, contour, and remove the excess skin, so Dr. Montague performed a deep plane facelift, temporal lift, and laser resurfacing around the mouth.
