Case Details
This patient was bothered by her dorsal hump, and also had difficulty breathing due to a deviated septum. Dr. Montague performed a septorhinoplasty, addressing the functional issue of the deviated septum, while reducing the dorsal hump, and decreasing the projection and width of the tip.
She is 3 months post-surgery, and while her final results won't be seen until 1 year post-operatively, she is pleased with her results!
