Revision Rhinoplasty Case 1001726

This patient experienced trauma to her nose and developed trouble breathing. She had a previous septoplasty and cosmetic dorsal hump reduction but felt her nose was shifting and her breathing was getting worse again.

Dr. Montague performed a revision septorhinoplasty to address the functional issues, reduce the dorsal hump, and give support and projection to the tip. She is 6 months post-surgery in the after photos, and her nose is still healing. Full results will be assessed at 1 year post-op.
