This patient was concerned with bags under her eyes, which were hereditary, and she also wanted to address her smile lines and neck. She had been thinking about surgery for 10 years. Dr. Montague performed a pretrichial brow lift, lower eyelid lift, and deep plane facelift. Periorbital and perioral skin resurfacing was also done to address the lines around the eyes, between the brows, and around the mouth.
