This patient had a full neck that was not weight-related and was purely anatomical, due to genetics. She maintains a healthy weight and exercises frequently, but excess skin is untouched by a healthy lifestyle. Surgical intervention was required to sculpt, contour, and remove the excess skin, so Dr. Montague performed a deep plane facelift, temporal lift, and laser resurfacing around the mouth. The patient is two years post-procedure, and pleased with her results!
