This patient consulted with Dr. Lee because he did not like his lower eyelid fat pads, his upper lids felt heavy, and they were obstructing his vision. Dr. Lee performed a functional endoscopic forehead lift, upper eyelid lift, and lower eyelid lift with fat transposition. At one year post-surgery, he is pleased with his refreshed appearance.
