She was also interested in addressing asymmetry at the tip of her nose and nostrils. Dr. Lee performed a deep plane facelift, buccal fat resection on the left side, subplatysmal fat resection, chin implant, and septoplasty. She is one year after surgery, and pleased with her new profile.
