This patient wanted to have her breast implants removed, so Dr. Amalfi performed a breast lift and auto augmentation. Once the implants were removed, she took the tissue below the nipple and folded it underneath, which doubled up the upper area of the breast for a nice, natural projection and upper pole fullness. The shape almost resembles an implant, but it's all her own breast tissue, creating beautiful, youthful breasts.

Her after photos are 3 months post-procedure, and the scars will continue to fade as she heals.
