This patient had been thinking about having a breast lift and/or implants for a while. She was happy with her breast size but wanted to add fullness back to the top of her breasts, as aging and drooping had changed their shape and position. Dr. Amalfi performed a dual-plane breast augmentation with MemoryGel smooth round moderate plus implants: 325cc x2 to regain her shape. At one-year post surgery, she is very pleased with her results!
