Dr. Amalfi performed a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and liposuction to her love handles. Her scar sits low so that it can be completely covered by bathing suits and underwear.

Also, this patient does not have a breast implant. Dr. Amalfi used her auto augmentation technique. Instead of removing any tissue during the breast lift, she moved the hanging tissue in the lower part of the breast to create upper pole fullness. She then tightened all of the skin to give a perky, lifted, and full breast using all her own tissue.
