Working with Dr. Koenig has been such a great experience! My only regret is not doing it sooner. I am 3 weeks post-op and the healing process has been a breeze. I can’t recommend Dr. Koenig and the staff at Quatela enough!

Only one word to describe my experience. Amazing!!! I was super nervous to get this started but from day one everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor made me feel very comfortable. The care and attention I got and continue to get is amazing. Thank you !!

The staff at Quatela is very personable and efficient. My appointments are always confirmed ahead and are on time. Dr. Lee is very attentive to my questions and explains all my follow up in full. I am very happy with my results and that I chose the Quatela Surgery Center for my needs. I highly recommend the practice!

I recently had a surgical procedure done at the Quatela Center in Rochester, NY, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were all exceptional, particularly Stacie Schweickert, the Hair Team Manager, Dr. Lee, my surgeon, and Sue Commesso, the Patient Consultant to Dr. Heather Lee. They made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The professionalism and attentiveness of the team at Quatela Center are unmatched. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided thorough explanations of the procedure and follow-up care. I felt valued and cared for every step of the way. The facility itself is impressive, housed in the historic Lindsay House in downtown Rochester. The appointments were always confirmed ahead of time and ran on schedule. I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure and highly recommend the Quatela Center to anyone considering a surgical procedure. Thank you to Dr. Lee and the entire team for an outstanding experience!
