I had my Botox and Filler done by Dr Krasniak. This was not my first time getting a treatment done at the Quatela Cenyer. I have always been very happy with the results of my treatments. Dr Krasniak took his time to explain the procedures and gave his good advice as to what would work for me. I am very happy with the results and would recommend their professional services.

I worked with Dr Lee in May of 2023 and had a wonderful experience. She has a very positive energetic vibe about her. I immediately felt very comfortable with my plan. Dr Lee knew I had an important event in just a few months and her work was better than I ever expected. I was event ready in record time. She has the hands of an angel. I can’t say enough how wonderful my experience and results were. Anyone is in excellent hands with Dr Lee! She is better than any Hollywood surgeon imo. Thank you Dr Lee, you’re amazing!

Everyone at Quatela Center For Plastic Surgery was courteous and friendly. The facility was spotless and pleasant. I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Ashley Amalfi at the Quatela Center. Dr. Amalfi performed a Mommy Makeover  (Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with Galaflex, Lipo and Aveli Cellulite treatment).  I travelled from Florida after meeting with several surgeons locally and extensively researching surgeons all over the country.  From the very beginning, Dr. Amalfi made me feel very comfortable.  Not only with her skills and experience, but also at ease with the state of my post-baby body.  I had pretty significant a-symmetry in my breasts even before children and it was something I had always wanted to address.  In a consultation with another surgeon, I was told right off the bat not to expect much in that department and the tone of the discussion left me feeling hopeless and really insecure.  I went into my consult with Dr. Amalfi almost apologizing and expressing that I had very low hopes for symmetry, and it become a non-issue instantly with her warm embrace.  Dr. Amalfi  said her goal is "sisters and not twins" and just really helped me feel much more comfortable in my own skin.  She nailed them- I do have twins. : ). And, they are perfect, and round, and even cuter than when I was 18. I was also so insecure about the right time to have the procedure.  With weight fluctuations from babies, raising babies, hormones, etc., I always felt like I might have better results if I lost that last 10 lbs. Many of the surgeons I met would say the results will be better the closer I got to that goal but it just felt like no matter how hard I tried, it was just never going to happen. Dr. Amalfi had a much more positive and understanding approach and put my mind at ease. She confirmed I was healthy and in shape and that this procedure would be life-changing. She was so right- I'm so glad I didn't put it off waiting to lose that extra 10 lbs.  I'm beyond thrilled with my results. Dr. Amalfi's artistry is incredible.  I joked after the procedure that she is a master artist that doesn't get to choose her materials.  I had loose skin, saggy breasts, bumps and lumps and all the things and she turned my midsection into a sculpted, flat tummy.  I've had plenty of friends who have had this procedure with other surgeons and they always have a punch list of things they would have loved to have nipped and touched up as their results set in.  I waited almost 5 months to write this review to see if my happiness would wear off, and I am pleased to report that there isn't one thing I wish were different. My biggest joy is being a mom but it's so easy to lose a bit of yourself in the journey.   This procedure made me feel like myself again- comfortable (and so happy!) in my body, but it also knocked out the not-so-positive body noise that I didn't realize was nagging at me all the time. I highly recommend traveling to see Dr. Amalfi.  She is the BEST!

Aging appropriately is very important to me and I trust the recommendations that Dr. Montague makes regarding injectables and procedures. I am valued as a client and always pleased with the results after an appointment. Every provider and staff member at Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery is excellent. Rochester is fortunate to have this facility.
