Patient Consultants

Brooke re-joined the Quatela Center in 2015 with 15 years of experience in the medical field as a clinical technician and medical assistant. From 2000 to 2009, she was employed as Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Quatela at the Quatela Center. During a three-year relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE, Brooke continued to enhance her photography and imaging techniques. She also strengthened her interpersonal skills through participation as a board member for GEMS American Academy Parent Association and Parent Rep Liaison at the Cranleigh School, Abu Dhabi.

As the Patient Consultant for Dr. Vito Quatela at the Quatela Center, Brooke maintains a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction, ensuring there is a high level of comfort throughout the entire surgical experience, from initial contact through all stages of post-operative care.

When joining the Quatela Center in 2021, Bridget brought over seven years of experience in client-facing settings, mostly in the medical field.  Throughout various patient-centric roles, she has provided patients with timely and accurate assistance.  Bridget has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and her experience working in a variety of settings has enhanced her ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience.

As the Patient Consultant for Dr. William Koenig and Dr. Peter Krasniak, Bridget will assist patients throughout their journey at the Quatela Center.  With a positive, upbeat attitude and efficient, strong work ethic, Bridget will ensure that every patient is provided with the personal, uplifting care and attention they deserve.

Sue joined the Quatela Center in 2023 after 27 years as a business owner in the beauty industry, where she honed her skills in customer service and client satisfaction. As Dr. Heather Lee’s Patient Consultant, Sue guides patients through their transformative journeys, ensuring that they make informed decisions and feel at ease throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and dedication to exceeding patient expectations are qualities that define her role.

With empathy, compassion, and integrity, Sue considers every contact with Dr. Lee’s patients as an opportunity to connect and strengthen the patient/provider relationship. Her commitment to informed and comprehensive care ensures patients receive the tailored guidance they deserve.

Melissa has more than 18 years of experience in the medical field and has spent more than 15 of those years at the Quatela Center. During her time with the practice, she has established a wonderful rapport with patients and is known for her warm, compassionate approach to patient care. She has spent the last 8 years as a clinical technician and has developed an extensive knowledge of the wide array of surgical and non-surgical procedures available.

As the Patient Consultant for Dr. Ashley Amalfi, Melissa prides herself on helping patients to achieve their aesthetic goals with a genuine enthusiasm and compassionate approach. Patients can be assured that they will receive first-class, concierge service throughout their entire experience as she is dedicated to excellence every step of the way.
