“There are no shortcuts to quality.”
“Patient satisfaction is my top priority, and I know that in order to achieve true quality, no shortcuts can be taken. This is evident in my care and attention to detail while operating, and the fact that I give patients my undivided attention while in an appointment. What seems superficially to be the same endpoint, in the face of shortcuts, will have quantitatively a very different outcome. This mantra reminds me that while many are seeking “quick fixes” in today’s society, my work is most about superb quality.”
Vito C. Quatela, M.D.
